omg! Those are my two obsessions (lets face it)as well! Sometimes they fight each other for the top spot on my list of favourites. I've read a couple crossovers, but i have never really found one that was very good. If you hear about any, let me know!
Hope this is not a double post. I wrote a return message and then my mail client threw a fit and swallowed it. Let's see if I can remember what I said:
The only two NCIS/SGA crossovers that I know of, are by Prufrock:
These two fics actually introduced me to SGA (I'd never heard of the show, seriously), but after reading them, I simply had to find out who this Sheppard guy was, started watching, was instantly overwhelmed by the hair, the lank, the hazel, the 9-mil hugging his hip, then fell in love with Rodney as well and now I want them both :D.
I'd say right now SGA has surpassed NCIS on my list, but only because of the tons of excellent SGA fanfic. I'm thoroughly enjoying season 5 of NCIS!
